This pre-owned Bourgeois Slope D is about 1/4 inch wider than a standard dreadnought model, but it makes all the difference. The guitar has a more open and less driving sound than a dread, making it perfect for fingerpicking, flatpicking and bare finger style.
Thanks to the beautiful, high-grade Sitka spruce top, the guitar has a clear and bright tonality. The back and the sides of the body are made from mahogany.
The neck of the Bourgeois Slope D joins the body at the 14th fret. There are 20 frets in total and the guitar has a bone top nut and bridge saddle. Quality materials and superb craftsmanship have resulted in a beautiful instrument with an open, friendly sound. The Bourgeois Slope D is an absolute winner.
