A unique take on one of Max Guitar’s favourite hollowbody guitars. Gotta love those block inlays! Traditional thinline hollowbody ES-330 with the hip addition of a Bigsby B-7 vibrato and custom black VOS finish, plus vintage-toned MHS humbuckers, rolled binding and ’60s features. The Gibson ES330L has been around for a long time. While it may look a lot like its brother the ES335 the ES330L is actually a very different guitar with completely hollow construction. This may not sound like much of a change but when it comes to the response of your guitar and feedback it makes it a completely different beast. Thinline Design As this is the 330L version if you have ever played something like a 335 you will feel imediately at home as the neck joint has been moved back. On the original 330 models the joint was a the 16th fret so higher fret access was almost impossible. By moving it back to the 19th you get great access all over the guitar so nothing gets in the way. Made with a 3 ply maple/poplar/maple top, back and sides this guitar has an amazing sound for a hollow body. It doesn’t have the huge low end of a larger jazz box but it does still manage to produce a fat warm sound. With an easy to play maple neck joining this body this guitar not only sounds great but has an Comes with original Gibson case.
